Ali bin Farhoud Al-Hajri, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Afaq Consultants and Attorneys Counselor Ali Al-Hajri has extensive legal experience spanning nearly fifteen years, during which he has represented a wide range of government entities and private institutions both within and outside the State of Qatar. Throughout his career, he has held a number of key positions within the Qatari government; he served as a legal advisor in the departments of Fatwa and Legislation, State Contracts, and Lawyers’ Affairs, and also served as Secretary of the Lawyers’ Admission Committee at the Ministry of Justice. He rose through the ranks until he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Registration Committee and Vice Chairman of the Committee on Non-Qatari Ownership and Use of Real Estate. Al-Hajri’s expertise lies in providing legal advice and support to a number of entities in the construction, contracting, and public-private partnership (PPP) sectors. He has also contributed to monitoring the most significant recent legislative developments, particularly real estate development laws and related legislation, as well as newly enacted laws in the construction sector. Counsel Al-Hajri possesses outstanding communication skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues efficiently, particularly administrative disputes.
